D.N.A. of Self Defence Seminar with Matt

Service Description

Participants will learn the "soft" skills of self defence, including; - De-escalation Tactics - Neutralisation Methods - Accountability Frameworks The day will start with an introduction to your instructor, followed by around an hour and a half of discussion led learning (no death by powerpoint). We will then break for lunch which will be around 45mins to an hour based on timing and participant's desire. The day will conclude with a practical scenario based lesson where we will put what we have learned into practice. Tickets are £25 per person, this is discounted to £18.75 for HotV TSD students (thats 25% off). This course is developed for young adults and above (16+ advised) as we will be discussing violent situations, and being an open form situations may come up in conversation. Young students may attend at the discretion of the adult however we would suggest contacting us prior to attending.
