The South West Martial Art & Wellbeing Show is back for 2026 at Thornbury Leisure Centre — a community- and family-based day built around learning, connection, and inspiration.
This isn’t a competition show. It’s a chance to train with an incredible range of instructors, explore wellbeing and recovery support, meet exhibitors, and soak up the energy of the martial arts community — whether you’re a seasoned practitioner, a curious beginner, or a supportive family member.
