Participants will learn the "soft" skills of self defence, including; De-escalation Tactics - Neutralisation Methods - Accountability Frameworks. The day will start with an introduction to your instructor, followed by around an hour and a half of discussion led learning (no death by PowerPoint).

About the event
Participants will learn the "soft" skills of self defence, including;
De-escalation Tactics - Neutralisation Methods - Accountability Frameworks. The day will start with an introduction to your instructor, followed by around an hour and a half of discussion led learning (no death by PowerPoint). We will then break for lunch which will be around 45mins to an hour based on timing and participant's desire. The day will conclude with a practical scenario-based lesson where we will put what we have learned into practice. Tickets are £25 per person; this is discounted to £18.75 for HOVTSD students (that's 25% off).
